Inclusive Practice in Education Scholarship

Develop your skills and confidence in supporting students with disability with an Inclusive Practice in Education Scholarship.

School leaders and approved permanent, temporary and casual teachers can now develop their skills and confidence in supporting students with disability with an Inclusive Practice in Education Scholarship.

The Inclusive Practice in Education Scholarship offers three study pathways:

  • masters degree in inclusive/special education
  • masters degree with specialisation in vision or deaf and hard of hearing, or
  • graduate diploma in inclusive/special education.

Inclusive Practice in Education scholars receive:

  • up to $23,000 towards their degree
  • up to eight days study leave per year (12 months) of full-time study
  • for temporary and casual teachers, a permanent full-time teaching position upon successful completion of studies
  • for existing permanent teachers (including school leaders), professional development whilst remaining within current position
  • the opportunity to connect with a network of Inclusive Practice in Education scholars and specialists.
