Inland southern NSW - North Albury area

Image: Albury. Dean Street. Destination NSW.

A vibrant and bustling city, Albury offers everything a major centre has and more – residents enjoy a lifestyle that combines space and relaxation with all the benefits of city living. The Albury and North Albury areas are well serviced with an abundance of medical and health services, retail outlets and service providers. The City supports an active cultural and artistic scene, as well as a wide array of recreational activities and venues.

Here, the great Australian dream is alive and well – from heritage homes on tree-lined streets to modern CBD apartments, you may pay less for your mortgage than rent in a capital city.

The area features high quality education providers, with a wide range of educational options from pre-school to university and beyond.

In North Albury, Brocklesby Public School services a small rural community. The school provides quality teaching and learning programs concentrating on the basics of literacy and numeracy. Parents and community members are highly supportive of the school's academic, sporting and cultural activities.

Working at the school, you’ll not only enhance your career but you could also be eligible for additional personal leave days, a rental subsidy of 50 per cent and more.

We get to do a lot more things outside now that we’ve moved here. The kids get to go swimming. In the autumn they have fun burying themselves in the leaves down the park.
