The NSW Department of Education is proud to introduce the Early Career Academy for Teachers. The Academy serves as a centre of excellence, dedicated to supporting the next generation of teachers as they begin their careers in NSW public schools.

The Academy aims to inspire more students to pursue teaching and equip early career teachers with the skills and confidence they need for the classroom. A wide range of initiatives will be offered, including a digital hub, new scholarship opportunities, strengthened university partnerships, enhanced professional experience placements, and tailored learning and resources for new and aspiring teachers.
