Vote in our first student voices poll

Kingscliff High School SRC has provided the question for our inaugural student voices poll.

At student voices, we’ll be asking students from different schools to submit poll questions on issues of importance to them.

For our inaugural poll, the Student Representative Council at Kingscliff High School has supplied the question. Fittingly it asks about the role of student voice in your school.

Your say is the section where we will run polls on topics suggested by you, publish your opinion pieces, and investigate and invite responses to questions you raise.

Where those topics touch on education and schooling, we will share your ideas, opinions and expertise with the NSW Department of Education leadership.

And where appropriate we will seek an official response to the concerns or issues you raise.

This is all part of your voice being heard within the department and helping to shape your educational journey.

Got a question you want input on from students across the state?

School leadership teams are invited to suggest poll questions by emailing studentvoices@det.nsw.edu.au with the word POLL in the subject line.
