Work plan for school counselling service staff
Each year, principals, school counsellors and school psychologists discuss priorities for the counselling service delivery in the school. These negotiated priorities are outlined in the work plan for school counsellors and school psychologists.
School counsellors and school psychologists complete a work plan for each of their schools. They also complete a performance and development plan, as do all other staff.
The senior psychologist education supervising the professional practice of each school’s counselling staff member is available to support these processes.
