The school culture is increasingly focused on learning.

The building of educational aspiration and ongoing performance improvement throughout the school community as evidenced in the Tell Them from Me (TTFM) data, in particular, the strong advocacy for goal setting and trying their best and a positive learning climate. Most students strongly agreed to feeling connected to their culture while at school.

Increases in early entry to university with attendance at university discovery days and the University Preparation Program supporting this. The school has invested in increased learning support, including the employment of a Head Teacher (HT) Secondary Studies to work alongside the HT Learning Support and HT Teaching and Learning. This additional support has ensured students can access additional support to effectively engage with coursework and assessment tasks. This has contributed to a significant decrease in N warnings; 2018 = 323 compared with 2019 = 162.
