Connecting with like-minded women working in trades can support you by:

Looking for free one-to-one support?
Access free coaching and support, available at any time.
One-to-one support could include:
- Mentoring: Individual guidance, encouragement and practical workplace advice.
- Pastoral care: Confidential support with workplace, wellbeing or personal challenges.
- TAFE navigation: Assistance resolving training, assessment and RTO-related issues.
- Available incentives: Information on relevant financial assistance, payments and support.
- Networking: Connections with peers, industry contacts, employers and women in trades.
- Career progression: Guidance on qualifications, development opportunities and future career pathways.
