Trial to simplify processing of annual service charges for schools

In late April, we plan to trial the centralised payment of annual service charges for:

  • Ambulance (all schools)
  • SCIS library subscription (all schools)
  • NEC (telephony maintenance – elected schools).

Processing will coincide with the monthly sundry tax invoice around 21 April.

Schools will not be required to do anything for these payments. Costs will be transferred using our intercompany journal process.

You will be able to review the transactions in your Schools Overview Report by using the ‘Goto’ Intercompany Journal Report. The transactions will be posted using the account assigning details below. Any charge queries can be made by using the contact information visible in each transaction.

Following the trial, we will run a survey asking for your feedback to help us improve the process.
