Improvements to shopping carts, purchase orders & confirmations

Improvements have been made to the purchasing process to make account assignment easier for users.

The changes make it quicker to find the relevant:

  • Cost centres
  • Internal orders
  • WBS elements
  • GL accounts
  • Fund codes.

Schools

When school users search for cost centres /internal orders /WBS elements /GL accounts / fund codes, they will now only see data relevant to their school. Invalid data will not be shown. This should save time and reduce rework.

Corporate

When corporate users search for cost centres /internal orders /WBS elements /GL accounts / fund codes, they will now only see data relevant to the corporate company code. Invalid data will not be shown. This should save time and reduce rework.
