OASIS application will be decommissioned at the end of June, 2018.

The link on the Staff Portal to the OASIS application will be removed on June 15, 2018. School staff will not be able to access OASIS after this date.

The data extract used by third party vendors such as Sentral and EdVal will not be affected. A change to this data extract was completed in the April school holidays to remove any dependency on OASIS.

All information that has been entered in OASIS will be retained and archived according to legislative requirements. Schools will have access to OASIS up until June 15 to run reports and extract data if required. To retrieve any OASIS data after June 15 2018, log a support call with EDConnect.

Further updates about the OASIS decommissioning will be made available via School Biz, SALM/Finance Bulletins and published on the project intranet page.

The OASIS reports section of the project intranet page contains a mapping of the most popular OASIS reports to alternative options within ERN and ebs:central. It will continue to be updated as more support documents become available.
