Budget Adjustments Emails

Details of these budgets adjustment are emailed to schools using the following subject line:

DO NOT DELETE - ATTENTION TO THE PRINCIPAL - April 2018 SCHOOL BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS

Budget adjustments are allocated to GL 489010 Funds Balances and are visible in the Schools Overview report in the ‘Funds Allocation’ column of the ‘Summary by Fund View’.  To display these values right click on the dollar value in the ‘Funds Allocation’ column and use the ‘Goto’ functionality for the ‘Funds Allocation Detail Report’ view.

Budgets can be added to the required account assigning in the eFPT to track the funding.
