eFPT Allocation Detail Report

Within this report, there is a display column headed ‘Adjustment Reason’ which breaks up the funds by allocation reason.

There is also a ‘Contact’ column populated with the email address or telephone number of the relevant area/person that have approved and provided the funding for the adjustments. Any questions relating to a specific adjustment can now be directed to the relevant team using these contact details.

With effect from 1 August there will be an email issued to schools as a reminder to check the eFPT Allocation Detail Report for details of any budget adjustments received.

To avoid confusion and duplication there will no longer be a separate PDF budget adjustment statement emailed to schools and the budget adjustment statements will no longer be updated on Schools Finance’s School Budget Adjustments webpage.

Please use the eFPT Allocation Detail Report as the source for budget adjustment details.
