In this episode we hit the road in the Northern Rivers and meet Euro and Deah from Ballina Coast High School. Two best friends completing their school-based apprenticeships in commercial cookery, with the plan to one day open a restaurant together. Over at South Grafton High School, Tom has dreams of working for National Parks and will be one step closer after the completion of his Cert II in horticulture.

At the TAFE NSW Wollongbar campus, we chat with Kristie Trudgett about what’s on offer for students through the Youth Engagement Strategy PLUS (YES+) program and take a sneak peek into a YES+ fashion and costume design class in action.

Lastly, we make a stop at the site of the new Western Sydney Airport to hear about the huge range of jobs on offer during the construction and operation phases.
