We head to Grafton to hear about a traineeship program in the construction industry that is benefiting both the students and employers. Michael and Cindy are two of 10 students completing their Certificate II in Construction Pathways, thanks to the work of SBAT Mentor Steve Montgomery and Managing Director of GJ Gardner Homes Grafton Micah Middelbosch.
We also meet Ryan from Campbelltown Performing Arts High School, together with his mum Lisa. With a strong support network around him, Ryan is successfully completing his school-based traineeship at the Commonwealth Bank and not only gaining valuable skills, but also a huge boost to his confidence.
