Camden High School resumes operations

Camden High School has been thoroughly cleaned and will resume operations Monday 29 June 2020.

Camden High School was non-operational for on-site learning Friday, 26 June 2020 after a student was diagnosed with COVID-19.

The school has been thoroughly cleaned and will resume operations Monday 29 June 2020.

The NSW Department of Education and NSW Health have been working closely to ensure the health and safety of all students and staff is maintained. This work has included identifying close contacts of the confirmed case and communicating directly with them regarding their requirement to self-isolate.

The school will continue to be vigilant in implementing the department’s infection control procedures, including daily cleaning in accordance with normal protocols and the promotion of healthy hygiene habits. The school will continue to make hand sanitiser available for staff and students to use while at school.

The safety and wellbeing of our staff and students is of paramount importance to us at all times. As such we will continue to work closely with NSW Health to ensure that all necessary health advice is adhered to.
