In the lead up to Mother’s Day this Sunday, Fairvale Public School “proudly” hosted a “Murals with Mums” celebration.

Around 100 mothers, mother figures and carers attened for a special afternoon of creativity, connection and celebration.

Fairvale Public School principal Pia Maturna said the families enjoyed painting canvases while sharing a cup of tea and some meaningful conversations with staff and students

“The event provided a wonderful opportunity for students to celebrate the important women in their lives, while also strengthening connections within our school community,” she said.

“It was heartwarming to see so many mums enjoying themselves, creating memories and sharing in such a positive atmosphere.”
