Three South Coast schools have reached a major construction milestone, with the official topping out marked at Ulladulla Public School, Ulladulla High School, and Milton Public School as part of more than $86 million worth of upgrades.

The topping out milestone signals the completion of the structural framework of the new permanent buildings at each school, a significant step toward delivering 28 permanent classrooms, nine support learning classrooms, new student amenities and the removal of 31 demountables across the three schools.

The upgrades are on track for completion by Day 1 Term 1 2027 and will provide enough permanent classrooms to accommodate an increase of more than 600 students across the three schools.

On top of these school upgrades, the Minns Labor Government’s investment in schools across the South Coast also include:

• New primary school and public preschool for Worrigee
• Nowra East Public School upgrade
• Vincentia High School upgrade
• Former Shoalhaven Anglican School site – redevelopment for public education use.

This work is part of the Minns Labor Government’s plan to rebuild public education, with record education funding including $2.1 billion for new and upgraded schools in regional NSW to ensure growing communities have access to a world class public education close to home.
