Participants engaged in practical workshops, keynote presentations and networking opportunities designed to support capability building, streamline school operations and strengthen service delivery across the system.

Louise Walsh, School Administration Manager at Dalton Public School, said the conference provided an opportunity to “review my practice and drive change where needed.”
Jonelle McDonell, Business Manager at Seven Hills High School said, “all of the sessions were informative and had something to take back to school.”
Staff also highlighted the importance of professional connection and support networks created through the conference.
Sharon Crossland, Relieving School Administration Manager at Crestwood Public School, said the experience helped them feel “very supported having this network of wonderful and knowledgeable colleagues around me.”
The strong demand for registrations and overwhelmingly positive feedback reflects the value of investing in professional learning, collaboration and capability building opportunities for SASS staff across NSW public schools.
