Scholarship opportunities for teachers and school leaders are now open through the Public Education Foundation.
The Public Education Foundation’s scholarships for principals, teachers and emerging education leaders provide development opportunities to help educators excel.
Early career public school teachers can receive funding of $10,000 to undertake professional development activities.
Principals can apply for one of three scholarships to undertake a short professional education program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the USA.
Directors within the department can apply for the new Teachers Mutual Bank Emerging Leaders Scholarship which allows leaders to explore modes of collaborative working and identify opportunities for innovative leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School in the USA.
Applications for the scholarships close on 26 February 2019.
