Input to UANP survey requested
Following initial consultation between key early childhood education stakeholders and states and territories, there is now an opportunity for all interested parties to provide feedback to the Commonwealth about the importance of securing long-term funding in the Universal Access National Partnership (UANP).
Public submissions and a short online survey have now opened to assist with capturing a range of opinions and perspectives on the Universal Access National Partnership (UANP) Review.
The UANP is the National Partnership that links Commonwealth and State funding to support access and participation for all children in Australia to 600 hours per year of quality early childhood education in the year before full-time school.
Staff from early childhood education services, parents and other interested stakeholders are encouraged to provide feedback on their experiences under this partnership. The survey also welcomes stakeholders to provide their ideas and thoughts on any improvements they would like to see on any future arrangements.
Information on the UANP Review including a discussion paper to help guide your submissions can be found here.
Submissions close 6 October 2019. The Review is being conducted independently by Nous Group and will be finalised early 2020.
