Know anyone having trouble receiving emails from the department?

The department regularly sends emails and e-newsletters, including EC Extra and Spotlight on Quality.
If you or anyone from your service is having difficulty receiving these newsletters, there are a few steps to try:

  • Ensure your email details are up to date in NQA ITS or ECCMS, including when contact details change
  • Check your junk mail
  • Ask your Director to forward any emails they receive from the department
  • Email and request to be subscribed to the mailing list.

Please note: If your email in NQA ITS is different to the primary contact at your service, please send an email to request personal subscription to all electronic mailings from the department, including EC Extra and Spotlight on Quality.
