Supplementary Provisions Act Review

The Supplementary Provisions Act 2011 regulates a small number of services in NSW not covered by the National Law.

The Act is being reviewed to bring it into line with the requirements and standards of the National Law. Service types affected by the change include mobiles, occasional care and home-based care.
