Schools Schools are important partners with families in assessing and supporting the safe travel needs of students to and from school. ATSO Assisted Travel Support Officers (ATSOs) are Department employees who provide additional supervision and support for students on transport. Contractors Contractors provide transport services to eligible students with a disability to and from school. About ASTP ASTP plays a significant role in meeting the needs of eligible students with disability by providing free specialised transport to and from school.
