Our Reconciliation Action Plan

Our RAP will support our Strategic Plan, and will include practical actions that will drive the department’s contribution to reconciliation.

Initially, our RAP will be an internal document for corporate staff to encourage and support cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and develop respectful relationships.

As it develops, our RAP will support the department to advance reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporate staff and over time help us strengthen our relationships with our key external partners.
