Benefits
How can I use this report?
The Casual Nominations Report allows users to view casual and short-term temporary staff employed at the school. Users will also be able to see the percentage of casual nominations processed by their school or EDConnect. The report will also highlight when certain nominations and approvals will cease, so these can be proactively managed.
What should I look for?
This report identifies casual nominations at your school or network that will cease within 28 days in the ‘Days left until end date’ column. Review how many hours’ staff have worked to help manage staff development. Ensure there are no screening checks due to expire for any active casual nomination.

Using the report
Make a selection
Use the drop-down menu in the top left to select a school. This will generate and display the report.
Selecting a school is necessary for the report to generate meaningful results. Select the School and Year nomination commenced. Results can further be sliced using Employee name, Position name, and Term nomination commenced.

Note: for all of the slicers, a blank selection will be treated in the same way as selecting all of the options for that slicer. For example, not selecting a Position name will display results for all positions in the school.
View the indicators
The indicators outline the number of casual nominations in your school or network, how many casual nominations will end within 28 days, how many Nominations will have mandatory screening checks lapse within 28 days and how many nominations currently have an expired screening check.
