The Scout Enrolments app provides information and census data around student enrolment and attendance. The reports support schools to monitor their enrolment patterns over time, collaborate with their community, and implement plans for continuous improvement.

The information displayed in each report will be specific to each user. For example, school staff will view their school's results, and DELs will be able to see all schools in their network.

The Current Enrolment report can be used to support school staff to better understand the students at their school. The report shows demographic and cultural information about students, such as the number of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students, languages spoken and country of birth. Data in this report is sourced from ERN and is updated daily.

The Carer Profile report shows similar information for students' primary carers, including the language they speak at home and their country of birth, as well as their parents' occupation and level of education.

School leaders can use this data to consider cultural celebrations at their school, or whether the school would benefit from a Community Liaison Officer. or if interpreters should be provided for parent-teacher nights.

The Primary and High School Transitions reports can be used to view the movements of students between schools. Ideally, students should be transitioning between in-area schools. These reports provide key metrics to help plan for transition programs for school leaders. DELs can use this information to find opportunities to strengthen collaboration between schools.

The reports show the same data but from the Primary and Secondary school perspectives.

• The first report shows the schools that Year 5 students transitioned to, or Year 7 students transitioned from in the selected year.
• The ‘Trends’ report displays transitions over time, showing the top 5 schools that a selection of students moved to or from.
• The Re-enrolments report shows the number of students who re-enrol each year. This is useful for observing key points of enrolment change.
